Fitness Programs

Exercising only every so often will not achieve meaningful improvements in health and fitness. Nor will exercise that is not focused or targeted.

To achieve results, the following general principles will be incorporated into any fitness programme I design for you.

You should:

  • Exercise regularly - preferably 3 to 4 times a week
  • Work at the optimum intensity - for your level of fitness
  • Exercise for between 20 to 60 minutes maximum per session
  • Vary the types of exercise - aerobic, anaerobic, resistance etc
  • Stick to the exercise plan - motivation and commitment to exercise are extremely important to achieve results
